Expandable Polystyrene (EPS)
Product Introduction:
EPS (Expandable Polystyrene) is made through polymerizing styrene units in suspension method by adding certain amount of foaming agent. It is white small particles with good heat insulation and vibration absorption, high compression strength, light masses and good moisture resistance. It could be processed into various thermal and sound insulating materials used for refrigerator house, central air conditioning system and buildings. Furthermore, EPS also has a broad development prospect in terms of road and bridge construction, mould process, aquatic products preservation, bill boards of advertisements, cabinets and shelves for commodities, and disposable dinnerware.

Multiple - times Grade: Good elasticity of foam particles, high expansion ratio, high strength of products, be able to expand for several times; they are mainly applicable to production of light plates
Flame Retardant Grade: Good fire resistant capability, high pre - expansion ratio and high strength of products; they are mainly applicable to thermal and cold insulation materials of buildings
Graphite Grade: Good fire resistant capability, low thermal conductivity, low energy consumption; they are mainly applicable to higher - level thermal insulation materials of buildings.
